Executive Summary

This part of the study is related to the analysis of Samouel's Greek Cuisine in comparison to its primary competitor Gino. In particular, the study focuses on the satisfaction level of the customers and ad rating of Gino and Samouel's Greek Cuisine with reference to different aspects that can affect the customer satisfaction and ad rating. For this purpose, different statistical tests are applied that include independent samples test, correlation analysis and regression analysis with bar charts and descriptive statistics.

At first, study applies the independent samples test on customer satisfaction in relation to both the competitors. The aim of using independent samples t test to compares the mean scores of two groups that are Samouel and Gino on a certain variable that is satisfaction level of the customers. The analysis shows that the level of satisfaction of Samouel's customers is not significantly different in comparison to the customers of Gino, which indicates the overall satisfaction of the customers for Samouel and Gino are same.

Furthermore, the independent samples test was again applied to the ad rating in relation to both the competitors that are Samouel and Gino. The intend of applying independent samples t test was to contrast the mean scores of Gino and Samouel on a certain variable that is ad rating. The results found that in view of the customers Samouel's ads are rated high as compared to Gino's ads, because the ads of Samouel are more favorable as compared to the ads made by Gino.

Besides it, in context of the factors that contribute to restaurant customer satisfaction which include excellent food quality, attractive interior, wide variety of menu items, generous portions, appears neat and clean, excellent food taste, good value for money, friendly employees and competent employees have relationship with the restaurant customer satisfaction. In order to analyze this phenomenon, multiple regression analysis was applied. The business researchers make use multiple regression analysis, because it assists them in determining the possible impact of different variables on a single variable that is dependent variable which is restaurant customer satisfaction in this particular case. This helps Samouel's Greek Cuisine and Gino in controlling the relevant variable or variables which are affecting that single variable that is restaurant customer satisfaction and also facilitate in enhancing the business performance of Samouel's Greek Cuisine. Though, regression is that when we find a suitable model according to the provisions of points. Regression analysis determines a mathematical formula to predict the outcome of dependent given independent values. This ratio is referred as the regression which in general deals with the issue of estimating a conditional value expected. In results of the regression analysis, it is observed that good value for money, excellent food quality, attractive interior, friendly employees, competent employee and excellent food taste have positive association with the restaurant customer satisfaction.
