I am a dean of Brooks University and I have to implement a strategy to use the funds, to make the MBA program contemporary. I think that to implement distance learning program in our university is suitable and also suits to the people coming from foreign countries.
Discussion:
Using SWOT analysis my point of view is described below:
There are two forms of learning available in the world, first is classroom learning which is going on from a very long period and second is Distance learning which is nowadays creating more awareness. As the world is progressing it has now developed a new system of learning which has its own strengths and weaknesses. (Abels, 2005)

A general model of diagnostic methodology is the scheme that emerges from SWOT analysis of the variables involved considering the past and present situations in order to build a possible and desirable future arises in this method that any model or educational project has strengths that competition is a weakness and I will establish an opportunity to compete. On the contrary, if the model has weaknesses or educational project that my competition will be strength, we will face a threat to restrict or marginalize my model or project of the education market.
It then tried to establish a general diagnostic model of distance education training considering their strengths and weaknesses. (Casey & Lorenzen, 2010)
Weaknesses of the educational model
The main problems of distance education model from the process outlined were:
- The lack of credibility in the distance education system.
