Introduction

The term “Stress” has a negative impact on the body of human beings, but to some extent, as it has many positive impact and benefits for the body as well. Most of the peoples and even doctors tell their patient that they should have to remove stress on their mind and consider stress as a negative quantity instead of telling some positive impact of the stress on the body, which is also very beneficial for the body and may be used in the treatment of many serious diseases and injuries. That's why stress management is the most leading field in the medical sciences that helps in managing stress so that it can be used to protect body instead of providing harm (Davis, 1995; Greenberger, 1995).

The symptoms of stress may be direct or indirect depends on the situation in which stress appeared in the body. The indirect symptoms of stress provide a negative impact on the body by creating many problems and diseases in the body which is very harmful and may cause death of the patient. While, on the other side, the direct symptoms is the process created by God in the human body. The direct symptoms is related to the fight or flight mechanism with in the body, which is very healthy for the body and completely reverse of the indirect symptoms as it fights for the body against various diseases. The direct symptoms or may be called fight or flight mechanism is basically the mechanism that provide help in healing of injuries.

Stress is not a feeling and set of symptoms

The stress is a term that not only has negative impacts on body as the most of the peoples thinks, but, in addition with this, it also has many positive impacts on body. Similar to this concept, many peoples underestimate stress by saying that stress is just a feeling of human being. Stress is not just a feeling, but it is a process that also provides help to the body in dealing with many issues such as injuries. If stress is properly managed, then it may provide a very long lasting and positive impact on the human body which not only healthy for that person, but it provides resistance towards many serious diseases such as cancer and brain tumor.

Stress is also not a set of symptoms that is used to predict diseases just like feeling misconception about stress. The common symptoms of stress are irritability, heaviness in the chest and nervousness. If the stress is continues for long time, then it may starts problems of physical manifestations such as shoulder pain, headache, neck pain, problems with digestion, back pain, acidity, changed movements of bowel and most commonly sleeplessness in the patient. The other symptoms of the stress are the presence of tangible physical bumps on the skull base, neck and most commonly between blades of shoulder.
