There are many health issues which drives the person to divert himself towards self-destruction. Suicide is the force that intentionally causes one's to ride to his own death (Christiansen, 2012). It is usually a commitment out of despair that cause by the attribute of mental disorder like, schizophrenia, drug abuse, depression, alcoholism and bipolar disorder (Chehil, 2012). Features like stress for financial difficulties with interpersonal dealings normally play an important role in the suicidal acts (Kanel, 2007).

Most of the public discussions regarding youth suicidal behaviours are usually established by the initial contribution from depression (Rodríguez, 2012). Different concerns have explained about the effects of depression on young people's behaviour towards suicide and significant health chances which are not new for UK (Nordentoft, 2002). It has been observed that suicide takes place in the serious amount of mental illnesses which also include schizophrenia. A person can commit suicide in various neurological situations. (Kerwin, 2004). Most of the suicides occur in the period of remission which is not directly link to the experience of psychotic (Christiansen, 2012). It is an abnormal condition of the mind that makes person senseless (Gamble, 2006). Those who suffered from this health issue usually called as psychotic. Psychosis is the severe kind of psychiatric disorder in which delusions and hallucinations can occur (Christiansen, 2012). The research has been carried out in the year of 2010, which found that England is the nation who has diagnosed 2,000 cases of psychosis in this year (www.nhs.uk). On more research calculates that almost 1 in 100 people at least face the one episode of psychosis at certain point of their life (www.nhs.uk). It has been observed that majority of the cases of psychosis initially develop in the age of 15 years or in adulthood. It has been observed that over the past ten years, the suicidal rate in England has relatively reduced (Kapur, 2012). However, there are still around 4400 suicidal attempts were found in England (www.dh.gov.uk). The government of UK has published a strategy for suicidal prevention that brings together the knowledge about groups at higher risk of suicide and places deep concentration of family members to take care of the patient. It involves figuring out with relatives to safeguard the patient from suicidal attempt (www.dh.gov.uk).The operational policy offers the structure for the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIS) and describes the necessities of National Mental Health Policy into the practice.
