Introduction

Leadership is considered to be one of the strongest tools of modern times. It is known to be effective in every aspect of human life and can lead to substantial benefits. In definition, it is known to be procedure which facilitates the notion of social influences, which an individual can enlist the aid as well as the support of the others, when looking to accomplish common objectives. In addition to that, there are various other definitions of leadership. In simple language, it is the organization of the skills of the people, in order to attain the common objective. A leader normal has a formal authority over the people. However, according to different definitions, it is not necessary that it should have any regulated authority over the other people within the team (Maxwell, J. A leader is basically supposed to utilize and facilitate the skills and attributes of other people within the team and ensure that the strategies as well as the goals are completed within the given time period. However, it is highly imperative to realize that leadership has given rise to numerous theories, which are utilized throughout the world. However, a leader is responsible for creating a vision and being able to transfer this vision to other members of the team. In accordance with this vision, the goals and objectives are decided and following that, a strategy is developed which highlights the format or process through which these objectives would be achieved. A leader should be having charisma and intelligence. It should be able to realize the skills and traits of the members of the team and accordingly should be able to invest these skills in proper order and where they would be most beneficial. Basically a leader is someone who is able to provide guidance to the others and whom the people has no problem or issues in following (Maxwell, J. C., & Maximum Impact Multimedia Productions.
