7. Is team management related to project life cycle? Explain why or why not?

The Team Management

The project management team and its management must be able to use knowledge and methodology in project management successfully and effectively. The theory of project management is different "strategic project management", which uses some of the concept of "operational project management." This should be made clear that it is about the specific project. To that extent does "operational project management," none other than "project management" in the true sense or transaction management. Going deeper into the definition, then this is the opposite of Project Planning.

To manage any project for the period of its existence creates a specific temporal organization structure, headed by the project. In content, the project team is a group of highly qualified professionals with knowledge and skills necessary to effectively achieve the objectives of the project. The project team has an impact on the creation of a specific institutional environment of the project, shaping the values, principles and rules of conduct for staff. Therefore, a special feature of the project team is an entrepreneurial nature of its activities aimed at solving semi structured problems and a rapid response to the demands of the environment. Project managers or the organization can divide the project into phases to provide better management with appropriate references to the ongoing operations of the performing organization. Similar to the project, project team has its life cycle, which can be divided into four main stages:
