Introduction

Few issues cause more hand-wringing than the seemingly competitive statements of feminism and multiculturalism. It is hard to see how the sense of feminism can be restricted by nationwide or social limitations, yet those who are convinced by that sense are often no less shifted by the statements of social variety and postcolonial problems about the move of European principles. Obviously therefore the search has been on for a way of fixing the statements of feminism and culture and it is just such a getting back together that Appiah offers us in this article. His disagreement requires its cue from the statement that females have organizations too and that any defensible consideration of women's passions and women's privileges must do full the law to the social particularity of their life and allegiances. What we should seek is a way of sex equivalent rights that is aware of the whole of women's life, such as the social situations that give them significance (Appiah). How are we to obtain that?

Discussion

As the activity for women`s individual privileges has become globalized, the charge that feminism is a way of Western social imperialism has surfaced.
