Self-confidence is an important aspect of human life, and it is necessary to develop confidence with the passage of time. Self-confidence helps individuals in achieving their goals and aims, and also helps them in living a successful life. There are different ways of developing self-confidence (Zarnoth & Sniezek, 1997). Lack of confidence also results in affecting the personality of individuals and also become a reason of their failure. In our daily lives, we come across many people who show great confidence in suggesting us things which we adopt without any trepidation or hesitation just because of the confidence of that person. Sales persons use this confidence to trick people to buy the things which they are selling. In one way or another, our decisions are influence by the confidence of others. This is true to larger extent because we look for good suggestions and person who lacks confidence in telling us about the use of particular thing will create doubts in our mind and our decision will not be influences (Insabato, et.al, 2010). Confidence is the key to capture the mind of others and influences the decisions of others. In the field of sales, it has been widely used by the sales persons all over the world to influence the buying decision of the consumers (Ackerman, et.al, 2010). According to the various researches conducted on the influencing decisions and the confidence, it has been proved so far that people decisions are influences by others if their degree of confidence they are showing is strong. It depends on the case whether a person wants to influence by the other person just by looking at his ort her confidence level (Hill, 2010). Many researches have proved the significance of the study and also showed that confidence is the chief factor among all the factors in influencing the decisions of other.
