Along with numerous advantages, there is a dark side to the internet and its use. Today government organizations and many other private companies are anxious and have a fear that some hackers will enter into their system and steal the confidential information. Hackers usually gain illegal access to private computers and systems without any legal authorization.

With the increase threat of hackers and their hacking, compute and security concerns have become an important issue for government agencies and organizations. Therefore, organizations have started hiring ethical hackers to prevent their systems from hacking and illegal use.

Many of the organization, a numerous of budget have been allocated to bring about the issue of computer security. Data protection and the security of operating systems have become essential foe the government agencies and other private organizations. More and more organization is using firewall and other software to secure their systems. These software's are use to identify errors and rectify them. (Geier, 2012).

With the increase of hackers and leaking of confidential data, the demand of ethical hackers has increased significantly. Ethical hacking is also known as white hat hacking. Ethical hacklers use the same tools and techniques, which are used by hackers, but they use them to secure the computer systems through legal regulations and laws. Ethical hacking is a part of the risk management process that ensures regular improvements in security.
