Chapter 1: Introduction
Background
In the lexicon of political and military of the United States in the postwar period, a large number of new titles, reflecting, and characterized the installation of one or another of the ruling circles of American imperialism in the field of foreign and military policy of "containment strategy", "the doctrine of massive retaliation," the "strategy of retaliation , "" strategy of limited war, "" counterforce strategy "," the doctrine of flexible response, "etc. The appearance of each of these new names are usually touted as the emergence of a new U.S. military doctrine. It would be better to talk but not about the many different military doctrines, successively replacing each other, and the evolution of a U.S. military doctrine consistent with the shifts and changes in the military field and in the balance of power in the world. It is in this case is not about replacing old with new military doctrines, but of a different arrangement of the various accents of a military doctrine of the United States depending on the overall global political and military situation. For example, "the doctrine of flexible response" does not deny or reject the doctrine of "massive retaliation" and stands in relation to it as a necessary complement.
The very notion of the military doctrine of a State includes as main components of the following elements: 1) assessment of the probable enemy combat power, 2) consideration of the arsenal of military equipment intended for use in war, 3) features of the probable theaters of operations, 4) the structure, organization , strategy and tactics of its own armed forces, 5) the presence or absence of allies and assess their real contribution to the achievement of common goals, 6) a clear statement of this very purpose, means and methods of its implementation. Modification of a component does not necessarily mean the disappearance or cancel the whole doctrine as a whole, because it is based not on the short stretches of time, and the long historical period, due to the presence of certain types of weapons and the historical balance of power in the world. These or other changes in the field of arms or changes in global equilibrium of opposing forces cause a restructuring or modification of certain components of the military doctrine, thereby causing its evolution.

A series of reasons provide evidence for the feasibility of the topic. At the beginning, the reality of being registered at the HMRC (borough council) and having provided a UTR for income gained for letting a property within the UK ensures a highly likelihood to the attempt in financial means.
