The training will be conducted in a hospital named “Santa Clara County Valley Medical Centers”.

About the company

The Santa Clara valley medical centre is dedicated to providence of high quality medical and healthcare services. It is located in San Jose, CA. the hospital is owned by the county of Santa Clara, with 574 beds. It is dedicated to research and teaching, whereas, it is affiliated with Stanford University. It was founded by Dr Benjamin Cory, in the year 1876. The hospital caters to the mission of carrying most accurate care in the accurate situation, as well as, advancing the health care standards, every single day. It falls amongst top quality healthcare centers in California, and continues to expand in the valley. The key objective of the hospital is to sustain and flourish safety, as well as, quality (www.scvmc.org).

The department chosen for training will be ED, that is, Emergency care department of the hospital.

The training will be created, facilitated, and enriched by nurses of emergency department, as well as, doctors and technicians from the department of SCCVMC.

The training providers were people from senior nurses of the hospital, along with, the training department of the hospital.

The Training objective

The training is aimed at equipping the hospital nurses with outstanding skills of patients' services, as well as, handling the visitors. The training for patient service will equip nursing staff to look into the experience of patients' perspective, with regard to, the service, and therefore, act according to the requirements of desired services. The nursing staff of the Emergency department that works under SCCVMC looks after about 75,000 residents with different medical disorders and healthcare requirement. The nursing department is an essential component of healthcare tactics, and operation that pertains to every field of healthcare monitored by SCCVMC.
