Music communicates many messages. Many disagree about what or how music communicates, although it is agreed upon that music brings a message of communication. It is also believed that music use enhances learning and should be used in the school's curriculum. Music has been identified as a means of aiding in the learning process in many areas of academic achievement, and has proven to be valuable (Harwood, 2006). Music programs in school help children communicate in many ways and serves as a means of exploring the world around them. Research has shown music to be beneficial in several areas: school, developing intelligence and life of children. This paper is discussed about the impact of classical music on development Skills of Preschool Children.

Discussion

Music - is a peculiar language, and children focused on learning the language. Music influences on intelligence, developing abstract thinking, which is very useful for the child. Music develops listening skills, and helps to develop memory and imagination.

Music and Learning

Research reviewed throughout this paper indicates that music impacts learning. Areas reviewed that indicated musical impact includes math, spatial reasoning, science, the enhancement of at risk students to stay in school, disabled children to participate fully in school, and community activities, improvement of cognitive communicative skills, self discipline and creativity, and intellectual and social development of children. A study of237 second-grade children used piano keyboard training and newly designed math software to demonstrate improvement in math Skills (Christie, 2008). Music enhances language ability. In a study where students had been classified as "disruptive" ,by the end of the study only 8.08 % of the students involved in music classes met the same criteria as disruptive (Sack, 2008). Music contributes to more rapid development of speech in preschool children, and helps students better learn a foreign language. Music is a good tool for the treatment of stuttering in a child, and for good reason, because children are much easier to sing than speak. Music helps children to express themselves, teaches him to survive. Favorable for the child uses his music completely - his desire to move, to the language, to encourage communication, affect brain activity.

Impact of Music on Preschool Children

Preschoolers are highly impacted by music. A research showed that preschoolers who had received eight months of music lessons scored 80% higher on object assembly tasks than did other youngsters who received no musical training (Wilson, 2007).
