ABSTRACT

This research aims to study the impact of organizational culture on MIS implementation in small and medium sized enterprises in UK. The research used mixed research method to study the research in depth. The researcher studied the existing literature in detail and formed the research questions. Since the research questions were broad, thus the researcher formed the interview questions and survey questions on the basis of research questions. The researcher found that management information system improves the business productivity and increases its profitability. The research questions addressed in this research are what is the culture of SMEs? What are the factors which affect the MIS implementation in the SMEs? What is the impact of technology on the small and medium enterprise culture? And what is the impact of organization culture in the implementation of MIS in the SMEs? The researcher used unstructured interview questionnaire and survey to take the responses of the sample.
