Carrillo and Gromb (1999) suggested the organization culture has a significant impact on the overall organization performance to the point that the business failure and success have been attributed partially to corporate culture (p.1028). Hofstede (2001) reflected that organizational culture is that of relationships, beliefs, work styles and values that distinguish one organization from the other (n.d). The biggest dilemma still exists with motivating employees essential for the overall organization success and prosperity. No single or universal method for motivating an individual in the organization has yet been identified. Over time methods have changed depending on the situation and surrounding circumstances. It has always been a crucial responsibility for the management and managers to locate motivational factors for appropriate corporate culture essential for organization success and survival.
