In this story “the Killers”, the author Ernest Hemingway leaves the readers confused in many aspects. Many mix ups have been seen in the story all the way long that is of quite irrelevance. By reading this story the reader can only be looking for the main purpose of the author that He's trying to portray in this book. He has also discussed in this book about certain doors and there selection because these doors are referred as opportunities and then it's the individual's choice on the kind of life that they select. And at many places in the story this has been observed many times or it could be the reason that Hemingway tried showing or his main focus was to show the way the characters looked they were not like that. Or the purpose of this story could be showing different incidents that take place in life and how the individuals make choices but this leaves the readers with confusion (Mattes, ...
