Introduction

The current force established in 1968, when Norwich City and Great Yarmouth town forces mixed with the Norfolk Grafschaft Constabulary. It known as Norfolk Constabulary common until 1974. The Norfolk Grafschaft Constabulary, in 1839, founded in County Police Act 1839 and was among the first county forces to be formed. Requests made by Home Secretary on 20th March, 2006 would see the force with neighboring forces to mix Cambridge shire Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary form a strategic police force for the East of England (Siegel, Larry, 2005, p. 515-516). The Norfolk police permission for the merger was the neighboring powers were not enthusiastic.

Maintaining Motivation

In all organizations, there are different elements that determine the performance and employee engagement with companies, and certainly one of the most important is the motivation. An activity carried out successfully, backed by a group of employees who have strong motivation, which is why one of the companies seeking alternatives to enhance motivation is to train their employees (Siegel, Larry, 2005, p. 515-516).

It is the responsibility of leaders to establish both work and professional challenges to staff. Delegating activities in which they must seek new solutions or alternatives to resolve difficulties. Leaders should not be limited to giving orders; employees can submit their views and provide possible solutions. Leaders must delegate duties involving a challenge, setting budgets and dates to meet (Siegel, Larry, 2009, p. 202).

Offer fair compensation

An important and powerful motivator for employees is wages and benefits the organization offers. It is of great importance to offer attractive salaries and fringe benefits for corresponding employees to be part of the annual profit sharing as well as offering shares. There are many ways to provide superior performance and do not affect the administrative and financial capacities of the company, you should investigate various methods provided by other organizations or identify cases that cause dissatisfaction to employees and provide employees with this solution as a means of benefit (Siegel, Larry, 2009, p. 202).

To be impartial when promoting staff

It is advisable to be objective when promoting employees, as the person who promoted assigned a higher degree of authority and responsibility (Siegel, Larry, 2009, p. 202).

Provide technical and professional growth
