There are various viewpoint and observation on the Sovereignty of God and the Free Will of Man, so it is vital to further clarify the concepts of difference between Sovereignty and Providence. God is sovereign also in the delegation of power to others. Sovereignty characterizes the person of God in its entirety. He is sovereign in all His attributes. He is sovereign in the first exercise of its power. The latter is carried out according to his good pleasure, and at the place chosen by him.
