Introduction

We often hear that a particular community is characterized by a particular culture from other communities, what is the concept of culture? What we mean by scientific culture? Culture is the sum of complex traits that characterize a society or group socially, spiritually, physically, intellectually and emotionally and do not include the arts and literature alone, but also include ways of life, and the rights of human beings basic balance of values, traditions and beliefs.
