Hospitality

Hospitality is a virtue or quality that is to be kind. The term originates in the Latin hospitalities, which provides assistance and care to anyone who needs something. In antiquity, the hospitality was one of the virtues most valued. So people considered it a duty or obligation to be kind to strangers, travellers or foreigners. Certain cultures such as Arab and Oriental still maintain the importance of hospitality. The complexity of the modern world makes the sole hospitality channelled through non-governmental entities or organizations. The lodging segment of the hospitality industry includes more familiar types of establishments that have offered shelter to travellers. Hotels that we see on the streets of the city, along roads, near the beaches, and near airports, ski resorts, theme parks, lakes and national parks all fulfils the criteria of hospitality (Brymer, 2004).

Events of Tourism Industry

The tourism industry is multifaceted. Many businesses, companies and organizations are involved in servicing tourists. The emergence of tourism business took place due to the intensive development of regional and international tourism exchange and strong fragmentation of the consumer and producer of tourist services (hotels, restaurants, etc.), both in time (early acquisition and sale of tours) and in space (different countries, even continents travel). An important component of the tourism industry in any country is to provide local employment, loading of hotels, restaurants, entertainment, foreign exchange earnings, etc. Tourism provides that a tourist is sure to leave his/her money in the visited country or locality. Tourism is based on the exploitation of local tourism resources, and in return the area or the state should get the revenue (Morrison, 2002).

The modern tourist market is sufficiently developed. The set of elements of the tourist experience consists of those elements that attract tourists to the destination and satisfy their needs and expectations.
