Introduction

The Declaration of the Independence is not just the Legal document but it is a political document as well. There are several principles that are directly reflected in the laws that are later adopted by the Continental Congress and then it goes to Congress of United Sates (Becker, 1922). Natural is considered as a Universal Law. The professionals of criminal justice required to must respect that is universally understandable for the people and not just for government. Under the natural law, citizens are also required to act in a reasonable way while they exercise their rights.

Discussion

The professionals of criminal justice must have the rights that with respect to the alleged criminals and those of the victims. This is the responsibility of government to protect their citizens without violating the rights of their citizens.

Becker, (1922) indicates that majority of United States colonies just not favour the revolution. Even though, government of United Kingdom have to address for all the grievances cited and the revolution that was still going to be happen. Beside from this, British's would like those colonies of America pay the cost of defeating Indians as well as French around 20 years back. Yes, it is suggest that money is the root for the revolution.

Thomas Jefferson was the author of Declaration of Independence who drew his education of the legal thought evolution that began in both United States and United Kingdom around 1968 with the declaration of the e British's rights (Morgan, 2008). Major source of Jefferson was the two sources that were written in 1970s; his personal draft was the Constitution of Virginia preamble and the draft of George Mason, Virginia Declaration Rights. In addition, phrases and idioms that uses in these documents are also appear in “Declaration of Independence”.

The first Constitution was the Article of Confederation and the Perpetual Union who proved as inadequate for a running country. Amendment of the Article of Confederation results to the money which brought, 'do-over' with scrapping of the complete document (Mil,et.al, 2005). The central government has assessed that the states that pay for the cost of revolution but majority of states sent just little money.

The current situation in the US was ratified also by the state that put effect on March 1789. Major aims of Constitution are to deals to deal with the power separation that taken to the federal government into legislative, executive and judicial takes to their respective offices. Emphasis of this act was to put the States power would to continue and be with the federal government power (Perkins, 2012).

The professional of criminal justice are required to aware that through laws from which he or she being empowered to derived and enforce from a government process. From one aspect, federal authority is considered as superior to the state authority.
