Bowen believed that the human relationships that govern from the emotional system have evolved from millions of years ago (Friedman, 1991). He basically postulated the relationships among the members of family that producing the variation as the individual becomes more or less mature for generations to the next. The theory is ending to understand the three key terms

Emotion: the reflection of movement and their specific parts

Anxiety: the system responds the amount and emotions terms

Reactivity: the action parts of the natural system to the variable amount of anxiety occur in it.

Triangle is one of the mechanism that is utilizes to binding the anxiety in order to attempt for achieving the equilibrium and involvement of third party (Titelman, 2007). This is play as the building block of stabling the emotional system and describing the dynamic movement in order to gaining equilibrium. In case of equilibrium failure within the system at the first attempt, then it will forming webbing to interlocking the triangles.

According to Bowe, triangle is the relationship among the three people, and it is considered larger molecular system molecule as is the smallest and stable system of relationship (Titelman, 2007). In a triangle relationship there, the tension between the two people can be manage in more convenient way as it is shifting and divide in three peoples.

Triangle can exert the social control by putting the single thing outside or brings in outsiders when the specific tension is escalating among the two people.

One of the better ways to stabilizing the tension is to increase the number of triangles of person.

There are also the uses of martial therapy by using the triangle to provide neutral act as the third party that are capable of relation both sides very well whenever there is the occurrence of conflict among people.

Second thing is choosing another person over oneself that arouse particularly zealous rejection feeling. When the serving conflict erupts between the insiders, single insider opts for the outside position by getting the current outsider fighting.
