Trouble the Water

The Hurricane Katrina occurred On August 28, 2005, while destroying the New Orleans, and many other related places. In the meantime, Kimberly Rivers Roberts and Scott decided to weather instead of evacuate the storm. Kim wandered around their Lower Ninth Ward neighborhood equipped with a video camera, and interviewing relatives and friends who were staying in the city.
