The Energy Policy Act of United States has become a significant issue not in the public but also at the federal state level. The Energy Policy Act is defined by the authorities that are at the federal level, state as well as at the local levels in the United States. They as a whole define the policies that are relevant to all the powers in the state. The energy policy is being changing and recently is has been changed for the fourth time. The issues related to power and the energy productions are analyzed and based on that the issues are evolved for the production, distribution, and the consumption of the energy powers. Therefore looking at the issues and to resolve the problems that emerge on the timely basis are considered o the timely basis and based on that the acts are amended and new policies and acts are delivered.

The Energy Policy Act involves the legislative concerns, international treaties as well as the planning and systems of the investment within the areas (web source: http://www.afdc.energy.gov). Including these, the issues relating to the consumption of the energy resources and the issues of the taxation systems and the issues related to the public are also defined in the energy policy. The Energy Policy Act of the US addresses the resolution of the problems such as the increasing of the energy, the utilization of the coal, gas and the tribal energy systems. The program that are developed for the incentives systems and that are related to the energy production efficiency also plays an important role in the Energy Policy Act.

The latest Energy Policy Act that has recently been passed in the year 2011 has also highlighted the technological issues in the energy production and the utilization. The use of new and the innovative technologies has been increased in the by-production of greenhouse gases and this on one end has provided the facilitation in the production of the gases but at the other end this has created the significant issues for the consumption of the gases produced (Robyn K., 2012). The Energy Policy Act has also addressed some of the restrictions and has provided various guide lines in order to carry out the energy production procedures.

According to the act, the increments in the amount of bio fuels have been that and it has been established that they have to be necessarily combined with the amount of gasoline that are to be sold in the United States. There are altogether three policy acts that have been propose under the Energy Policy Act. These acts have been passed in the years 1992, 2005, 2007 and ...
