Uzbek Wedding Traditions

Introduction

'Marriages are made in heavens. It is a believed perception that the couples are made by god. Though there are different traditions and customs that are being followed since decades and centuries to get the marriages done. Likewise, Uzbekistan has its own traditions and customs to celebrate their weddings.

Weddings in Uzbekistan are celebrated with grandeur and are considered as the greatest social events. Uzbeks celebrate it with tremendous efforts and have celebrations long ago before the marriage day.
