The paper will discuss the challenges and demands of the wedding planning in the 21st century by using the case of the Castello Di Duino Srl, which is located in Italy. At this part of time, the area of professional wedding planning has been increased significantly, that most of the people now want their weddings to be planned by some professional wedding planner. Therefore, being the event manager of the company, I will look on the different ways through which wedding planning can be more innovative by using limited resources.

Background of the Company

Castello Di Duino is a castle which is located in the municipality of Duino, in the province of Trieste, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It was established in the 14th century when Wallsee family commanded the construction of a strong fortress. However, at the end of the 19th century, it was owned by the Prince Alexander Johann Vincenz Rudolf Hugo Karl Lamoral Eligius von Thurn und Taxis from the Czech branch of the House of Thurn and Taxis.

Since 2003, it is opened to the public along with its park for tourists. From the castle, one can enjoy a wonderful view over the steep cliffs overlooking the sea. In the park, there is a bunker which was used during the Second World War. The history of the house of Thurn und Taxis is related to the management of postal services, which was also practiced in the several European countries; including Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Hungary from 1400 onwards, for more than 350 years. White limestone cliffs fall steeply into the sea, and there are few real beaches. Duino even has a nice little harbour with a few restaurants and a small pebble beach surrounded the small town with a picturesque cliff.

Undoubtedly, the beautiful Castello di Duino perched high above the small town. It is still owned by the Italian branch of the Thurn and Taxis family and is now used mainly for international congresses. Some of the most famous poets of Europe come together over the place. A number of beautiful oil paintings, tapestries, antique furniture and some documents and photos are present in the castle which represents ??the culture of the late 19th and early 20th Century.

Being the event planner of the company, I have to present here with the challenges which we face in planning a wedding in the castle. A number of people want to have their wedding at the castle due to its beauty and the spectacular view surrounded the ...
