Introduction

The counseling is a structured and permissive service that allows customers to better understand themselves so they can be able to make positive steps in the light of the new approach they want to give their life.

Role of questioning in assessment and intervention

The assessment and intervention are not the new practices in the counseling systems of developed countries. If the instrument is strongly questioned, it is because now far from being a mere neutral tool for assessing skills and knowledge of the individuals, it has emerged as a major instrument of a new political regulation of counseling systems. The role of questioning in assessment and intervention focused on measuring learning interest of the individuals; today its scope is much broader and is link in the teaching - the land of traditional election - and the policy which it became a management tool.

Observation of feedback from Learning Team members

The feedback that I received from the learning team members after the counseling session helped me to observe the therapeutic relationship as the most important factor in the literature of the process of personal counseling and vocational. In turn, I report the existence of a positive relationship between a therapeutic and collaborative type positive outcome results. That is, interventions in the psychologist which encourage independence of the client, are associated with outcomes desirable intervention. Thus, I observed that the role of the collaborative relationship between psychologist and clients is a facilitator of results of successful intervention.

Self-assessment of counseling techniques

Feelings experienced in the session

The first feeling in the session involves the direct provision of customer information, while the second concerns, for example, the reflection of feelings with the client. Both types of insight are significantly related to positive outcome results. The mechanisms of change in counseling appear to be related to cognitive insight provided to the customer. The outcome measures indicate that the intervention was positive and led to a significant improvement of the customer after multiple sessions and maintained this improvement, few months after the intervention.

I also experienced a feeling common to psychological counseling necessary to achieve positive results of intervention i.e. the emotional experience. Without emotional understanding, customers continue to feel confused and empty, and no motivation for action.
