In the following proposed study, we will analyze and examine whether the military transition teams have been successful in making Iraqi leaders competent. The main focus of the study is to analyze the concept of transition teams and how it had made the Iraqi leaders strong and how they have educated them in various fields. The literature review and the previous research studies have analyzed and examined the impact of transition teams on Iraqi soldiers. The studies utilized in the literature review have been in depth and extensive. However the studies are limited and pertain to the specific region. The previous research studies and the literature review have focused and emphasized on the concept of military transition teams and how they have made the Iraqi leaders competent. The literature review has also examined the structure of transition teams in Iraq and how the United States military transition teams are training the Iraqi soldiers.

The primary objective of secondary research is to analyze and examine the impact of military transition teams on Iraqi soldiers. The third chapter of methodology will provide detail insight and also an outline of the research design which will be adopted for the research study. The chapter will also analyze and examine the various aspects and elements of the research design and methods of the proposed research study. While examining the methodology of the proposed research study, the researcher has adopted the secondary method and also the various techniques of qualitative research method.
