Why is DUI Expensive

Introduction

To support the study (Ship, Pp: 1), consider a tragic incident that took place regarding being drunk while driving. The incident was as follows: three young ladies were travelling in a car on one fine morning. All of them were wearing a seat belt and were totally sober. The female, who was driving, while under the influence, chooses to take in another pal in the discussion while driving. Unexpectedly the car changes direction towards the other line of the traffic which was the oncoming traffic and the car hits in the other car that was coming from the opposite direction and a complete crash erupts. Bodies were unnerved; glass smashes, blood splashes and then the car at last stopped. Only the driver is conscious, but after seeing her rest of her friends being dead on the spot busted into tears and start screaming out of shock, because their condition was not worth looking at. Now all her life she will has this guilt in her heart that just because of her carelessness, her two friends died on the spot. The above mentioned incident tells us that it happens quite often that just because of one person's mistake others have to pay for it. Just because of drunk driving, which was banned by the legal authority two lives was gone and the third one will live her whole life in guilt (Alaska Judicial Council, pp. 78).

The DUI will be free when the city carries out the process for the first time in El Salvador.

The price of DUI in El Salvador is $ 10.31, price will be paid by the citizen in case of replacement or modification.

The price of DUI in the United States of America is $ 35.00, price will be paid by the citizen for any procedure.
