Introduction

Approach of UK comprises of a flexible combination between Public Health, Occupational Health, and the Health and Safety (Gallagher, 2001). It collaborates the approach between government ministries, social partners, employment, health and safety (MB), health care professionals, employers, and workers and their representatives. Nonetheless, it is aided by legislation and enforcement frameworks, which are based on research, evaluation and experience of experts. The research comprises of cumulative facts showing the contribution to the health of health care work environments, safe and supportive. It further adopts a strategic shift of awareness that health care does not belong only to the field of health, but also for managing workplace.

This study is a quantitative study, which is aimed to comprehend the various types of injuries currently occurring in the workplaces. It further quantifies the workplace injuries. In addition, the study will focus on the understanding that a proactive approach is needed to mange absences from work due to illness (sickness absence management), and changing of attitudes among the workers and employers. The hypothesis of the study is to understand the whether the current healthcare objectives should be continued. Currently, the healthcare, strives to three main objectives: A) Disease prevention and health promotion and quality of life; B) Early intervention as possible for those who develop symptoms of health impairment; C) Improving the health of people who are not working so they can enter the labour market (rehabilitation).

Discussion

The government's goal is to create a society in which everyone understands the existing positive links between work and health, and in which everyone aspires to a healthy employment environment and provides (fulfilling). Moreover, the goal is that disability (disability) will not constitute a barrier to work adequately. The government wants three goals: A) Design a new perspective on health and work; B) Improvement work and the workplace; C) Support people to work. Modernization of laws relating to health and safety, in UK come from the report Health and Safety at Work (1972) known as Rubens report, which formed the foundation of laws for health and safety while at work (HSW ACT), in 1974. It presents the preface to solitary authoritative organization that will enable and support of health and safety in the workplace with independence, own budget, administrative strengths, plus missions. Most of the proposals made by Rubens Committee report were adopted and formed the foundation of the Law Health and Safety at Work 1974 (HSWcc Act) listed below.
