ABSTRACT

In this study we try to explore the concept of Recruitment and Selection of Marriot in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on Recruitment and Selection and its relation with senior management of Marriot. The researcher did in depth study to reach a meaningful conclusion. The research questions addressed in this research are what is the traditional recruitment and selection process? What are the various sources of recruitment? What is the recruitment and selection process of Marriot? How effective is the recruitment and selection process of Marriot? How the recruitment and selection process can enhance Marriot productivity? The researcher reached to meaningful conclusion after extensive study of the literature.
