It is essential for every firm to segment the market for its products and services that are being offered to the customers. In the present era, majority of the people appear to be conscious regarding the usage of the environmental friendly cleaning products. There are emerging international markets for these products which have the ability to earn profits and present platforms for the process of value creation. There are two groups of customers which the BEE can target and identify as the potential audiences for the promotion and selling of the products:

The individual consumers of the environmentally friendly cleaning products,

The consumer group members who are interested in being involved in the distribution of the products.

These strict ecolabeling regulations and procedures, along with the expound visibility and benefits of such earth-friendly solutions will be a big issue for BEE to tackle.
