In some cases, institutions and agencies entrusted to a person internally or externally mandated to oversee their employees. Supervision joined both professional and supervisory concerns. In the professional environment, the supervisor is responsible for the improvement and development of practice and skills and support.
At the administrative level, it relates to compliance management policies and on performance evaluation. These functions are nevertheless complementary, and in some circles, they are performed by a single person. The main objective of supervision is to improve the quality of administration. Good quality management means that action is taken in accordance with the objectives for the achievement of which the person or body were given the authority and within the legal framework. Administrative activities serve the purpose, and that purpose is defined by the law. Acts and decisions of administrative activities should be aimed at achieving this goal. The quantity and quality of available resources in each area depends on the country and on the goals and challenges facing at a broader level. Qualitative administration is aimed at benefiting the society as it is a tool for effective implementation of the public purposes set forth in the law.
Consequently, more specifically we can say that the supervision can improve the quality of administration in several ways. First, it can make the state powerful to act in order to fulfil the tasks defined in the terms and within the limits set. Second, the review can force the government to act honestly and openly, which in turn would contribute to better decisions.
