Introduction

Human resource is the most important asset for any organisation. Therefore, in order to make sure that the human resource is motivated, working with efficiency and at its fullest potential, it is important for employers to make them feel that they are important. For this mere purpose, every organisation builds its own compensation and benefits plan. This paper will put focus on the different kinds of benefits that employers are providing to their employees, and will also analyse different aspects related to providing benefits to employees.

Health care

Most of the employers today are providing its employees with medical benefits, in order to make sure that the employees do not with draw himself from getting a treatment because of the expenses. Furthermore, this means that the employee gets the best of treatments available and will be able to recover soon and get back to work. The employer pays for the treatment received in the emergency room, doctors, medications, physical therapy, medical equipment, surgery, and you need transportation to attend a medical appointment or return in the same. The employer has the right to offer a list of doctors called Panel of Physicians. The law allows us to choose a doctor from the panel, as well as making a change of physician only once (Beam, Burton, et al, p. 36-38).

Retirement savings plan are the plans that the organisations have adopted, so that the plan can prove to be support for its employees after they have retired.
