Introduction

In order to maintain a safe society, it is important to create a nation with a good education to teach people on the basis of right or wrong, other than police forces to keep our streets safe, and above all, good organization of the criminal justice system for justice. The United States has occurred with little crime, a nation with good houses, beautiful beaches and expensive shops, without property, as what I saw in American movies, in my opinion, before I came here. At that moment I was standing on the street, my dreams, Hollywood Boulevard, I was shocked at the script. Then I realized that this place is no different from other countries, the United States too many problems, particularly in crime and criminal justice organizations. (Walker 2007)

The jury system was originally designed so that a decision on whether the person is guilty or innocent, will not come just for one person's hand, a group of people. The rule should always be changed and updated, along with changing time and society, and the jury system is one of the rules to be changed. Criminal justice major groups are those organizations that are wholly or partially dedicated to leading the development and implementation of public policies on crime and criminal justice. They include professional groups such as the police unions and associations of lawyers. They also include groups that offer a combination of political activities and customer service in the criminal justice system. They do not include purely service groups such as church groups, who regularly visit prisons and provide sponsorship for the prisoners.
