These bakeries are the best example of business that allows both the new comers and the old names equal opportunities of progress, development and growth. This is the reason why two bakeries in the same street can co-exist with both the bakeries having equal chances of achieving a good share of revenue. Hence, the bakery business can be a dream job or profession for any individual. However, there are still certain keys and steps that are to be followed in order to open and run a bakery that achieves customer satisfaction and appreciation on regular basis.

The owner must choose a suitable location or area for his bakery. The bakery has greater chances of better chances of survival in cases when the bakery is located in commercial areas. Choosing a more public area as bakery's location will obviously help the owner attract more consumers and customers.

Selection of Food Items

The owner of the bakery must also take affective decisions regarding mating a menu with both common and unique food times. Therefore, the owner should also make sure that the bakery has kept a balance between the conventional and new food items (Pequot, 2011).

Target Market and Customer Satisfaction

The owner must also make sure that the bakery contains food items that are consumed by a variety of age groups and backgrounds. Moreover, the quality of these food items should also be monitored. Greater number of customers means increase in revenue which gives the owner a golden opportunity to further expand the business by opening more outlets.
