Techsol is the name of my company which has been built on the basic assumption that information technology management is like accounting, legal advice and other basic functions which needs to be managed effectively and efficiently for a business to function smoothly and profitably. Small business managers are not usually computer hobbyist and need quality vendors of reliable support, service, software, and hardware. Techsol provide small businesses the service of information technology management so that they can focus their attentions on the management of their core business functions and achieve their success easily. The following are the tasks, issues and problems that our employees will have to solve for providing best services to our customers.

Training: We first need to develop comprehensive training program in order to best train our employees for providing quality services to Designers, Salespeople, Installers, and Service & Maintenance employees.

Upgrade offers: We need to periodically propose upgrade offers to our clients who are using old-fashioned hardware, software or applications.

Installation and maintenance services: Installation and maintenance services. The average amount of time for an entire array of common installation procedures will be determined and employees will be asked to strictly follow that time.

Custom software services: We will operate in an environment where there is wide spectrum of business needs dependant of the size and nature of the business. As a one stop solution provider, we will tailor our services to the needs of our clients.

Network configuration services: network configuration services as well as the applications which are compatible and up to date according to the hardware of the clients will be provided.
