Abstract

This is a hypothetical research paper discussing the pollution of the environment caused through the wastage of Bio-generated Polymer. This paper reflects the idea that how the usage of the tableware products is causing the pollution on the earth. This paper includes the facts and figures of the pollution caused by the usage of the disposable products.

Introduction

Environmental pollution is unitedly the most important concerns of the 21st century. As the increase in the daily use products, the environmental pollution tends to increasing day by day. With the advancement of the technology, environmental concerns have grown to an immense extent. The development of these tableware products continues to speed up and become an area of interest for most of the scientist. The tableware products are usually created from the synthetic plastic that is resistant to the degradation. A proper waste management system is very much necessary in order to recycle and decompose the waste of polymer products efficiently. The disposable tableware is commonly termed as “white pollution”. The usage of such kinds of products started from China and from there it had been attracted to the whole world. Now, people find easy to preserve and carry their food even while they travel. Unfortunately, as the increase in the usage of disposable crockery, people were not rapidly aware of the side-effects of these products on the environment. Resulting in the palliation of this waste and flowing it in the river. The unpleasant terminologies like “The great white wall” are being used for these despicable acts.

Discussion

The main thing about this solid waste is that if it is properly disposed off, even then it creates pollution. This is because the waste migrates into the earth's environmental media that typically include three things that are soil, water and air. It seems that these three mediums are not inter related with each other. The fact is that they are very much intact with each other. The pollutant present in every medium can be moved easily to and from another medium. The pollution that is being released in the open air can come to the surface at the ground and infect the soil that can leach to the underground sources of water. This water present below the ground is being used by the people for daily life purpose and in this way this polluted poison gets into the human beings.
