The statement: Drug use is information that is rightfully private and only in exceptional cases can an employer claims a right to know about such use. I do not agree with this statement. In my opinion if a person if using drugs, that is his personal matter however, the effect of such personal actions can have impact on the performance of that individual and on the organization.
