Q1. Discuss the common elements described in the theories/philosophies of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker?

Steve Case

People, Passion and Perseverance: the key to success. Specifically, THREE P's. The 1st is "people". No matter what in life, success depends on your ability to a large extent the ability to work with people. The 2nd is 'Passion'. We all have a lot of interest in each of us, but something is really exciting. I think you must organize your life around and focus on the possibilities, it will ask you to talk about exciting things that inspire you. And hopes generally naysayers, our friends and families, track, and urged us to give it up, faded around the time the external events, he saw us in this difficult time "holding out" has been a safe career. James Kouzes

Challenging the Process; Extent to which the leader takes questions, experiments takes risks.

Inspiring a Shared Vision; Extent to which the leader describes a vision exciting future.

Enable others to act; Number of cooperative decision-making and participatory worn by the leader.

Modeling the Way; Extent to which the leader values practiced consistently.

Give Breath of the Heart; Degree that the leader provides a positive feedback, public recognition and celebration of achievements of the computer.

Drucker

The Peter Drucker states the four strategies which are evidently almost little poetical, very figurative, and it gives an understood, concluded the brief description about the four strategies discussed in its book. The Peter Drucker then discuss in detail about all the strategies proposed by him with all the aspects and focus. He also quoted many examples of different entrepreneurs, examples from economic issues, and cited different success stories of successful leaders and entrepreneurs and supports his conclusions with them. (Drucker 1985)

The Drucker proposes four specific entrepreneurial strategies:

"Being fastest with the mostest"

"Hitting them where they ain't"

Finding and occupying a specialized "ecological niche"
