Introduction

The change in the heritable characteristics of a population of organisms from generation to generation is termed as Evolution. These features are in the form of genes encoded in the reproduction are copied and passed on to the offspring. By mutations creating different variants of the genes that can cause changes or new features. These variations and recombinations lead to hereditary differences between individuals. Evolution occurs when the frequency of alleles in a population, these characteristics in a population are rare or common words. This is done either by natural selection or by random genetic drift .
