First Day at a new College

Introduction

The first day if a new colleges is very difficult because you don't know any one and u feel all alone. Most kids do good because they are a people person which can help because they talk to people and know were or how to get around from talking to other kids. There are also kids that don't talk as much to other people they don't know either because there shy. So this I how I overcame the obstacles on my first day.

My first day at Cuyahoga Community College was a great experience. The experience of spending your first day at Community College when you are from another place is a more thrilling experience. In this case you will meet new people most of them will be going to be good friends of yours in the future. Besides, in the beginning some of your Community College mates will try to make fun of you and will make a fool out of you because of your lack f knowledge about the place and its norms. Finding a new accommodation at the place, whether it is in the College premises or in any other place nearby, is a difficult job. Moreover, if you were lucky enough to find a good place then in case if you are sharing your room with others then your roommates have to be nice and cooperative. Later other necessities are to be fulfilled and for that purpose you need the help of other people, which in most of the cases are supposed to be your roommates. Information about certain important places such as the shopping malls, the bus routes etc and certain norms while dealing with people outside the Community College are best provided by the Community College friends or the roommates.

I still remember my first day at Cuyahoga Community College. I was from a small city of the Kentucky state and my visit to Los Angeles was the first ever experience in my life in a big city. Because of the differences in the life styles of small towns and large, heavily commercialized cities like Los Angeles, I was totally unaware of the living styles of the people in the city.
