ABSTRACT

This enquiry discovers geographical and communal leverages influencing a fan's alternative of football club. The enquiry inquiries reasoning for a fan's conclusion, contemplating key topics for example belief, geography, proximity to other associations, and football violence. Other facets discovered are for example 'glory seeking' and commitment to a certain club. The participants of this enquiry are males between 16-40 years of age. Within this study task, both quantitative and qualitative study procedures have been taken up to formulate statistics through exact interrogating utilising questionnaires and open completed inquiries through one to one interviews. The objective is to collate, investigate and assess the statistical and qualitative facts and numbers to support the study, enquiring the variety of outlooks and facets leveraging the alternatives of the football follower when selecting the association that they support. The study is acquainted by respondent's knowledge, outlooks and matters leveraged by communal and geographical facets as well as their know-how with aggression and glory searching in football. Key outcome of this study display diverse components influencing the alternative of football group for a follower which each have a corresponding relationship. The facts and numbers concludes that geographical leverages are predominately important inside the fan-base of a club.
