My reaction to Carla's thoughts is that her proposal was very good. As the school did not have a very good standard, and the teaching methods were also very obsolete so she wanted to implement a new technology oriented, and disciplined teaching method which could help in improving student's skills and school's status. This was a very good thought and I would say that this could really help in improving the quality of school.

Plan for Committee's first Meeting

Carla should introduce the different new methods for teaching and also should use the demonstrations of different techniques or the different technologies in order to improve the new teaching skills. For this meeting, Carla should include the ex-principal, and the senior teachers as the new teachers who are in favor of her suggestions as they will be helpful for her in order to implement her recommendations.
