Knowledge Management works as a system to manage collection, organization, refinement, analysis and dissemination of knowledge of any type within an organization.

The benefits of Knowledge Management will need to design implementation strategies. The managers and employees are able to increase the competitiveness of their businesses through innovation is a major benefit when it implements a successful Knowledge Management. Management Information Systems and their integration into business strategy is a key factor in creating added value and competitive advantages for the company. Internet provides access to a world of new markets and it is easier to enter than to convey a message by email.

The issues and obstacles, which are found with respect to the knowledge sharing in Coca Cola, are various. The culture of the company seems to be the significant issue for knowledge sharing within the organization. The employees are reluctant to share information and knowledge as the feel reluctant to share ideas and they think that there ideas will not be welcomed. By the effective implementation of information and knowledge management system, Coca Cola can maintain its competitive advantage over its competitors and overcome its remaining weaknesses. The framework will help the company to introduce of new products or services in a more effective way.
