Non-profit sectors include organizations that do not have a primary objective of its activities to make a profit and does not distribute profits among the participants. Non-profit organizations may be created for the achievement of social, charitable, cultural, educational, and scientific and management purposes, in order to protect public health, development of physical culture, sports and other similar activities. It is to meet the spiritual and other nonmaterial needs of citizens, protection of the rights and lawful interests of citizens and organizations, dispute resolution and conflicts, legal assistance, as well as for other purposes, aimed at achieving public benefits. Non-profit organizations may engage in business activities only if the activity is aiming at achieving the goals of the organization. It is believed that nonprofit organizations better serve social and public functions than the state itself and the structures it manages, as by the nonprofit organizations manage their members and just under the main goals of your organization.
