The analysis paper is on' Nurse Bullying In The Emergency Dept. We have 217 nurses total they were notified on subject by placing time of class on nurse bullying. We make this analysis on the bulletin board and placing brochures up in the break rooms and placing them by the employees phones the questionnaires were placed before and after the training class on nurse bullying in the work place (the emergency department) before class we had a return of 187 questionnaire is to return after the class we had 164 questionnaires to return. From 164 questionnaires we can conclude our analysis and providing (ways to recognize burse bullies and strategies that empower the nurses to report hostilities must be developed). Bullying can become extremely costly to organization and often creates problems such as increase in leave time and decrease in nurse productivity and physical and emotional maladies that must require counseling for the betterment." Nurse Bullying In the Work Place

From the above mentioned 164 questionnaires, it has been indicated that the prevalence of nurses' workplace bullying in the emergency department is high among the sample group. Workplace bullying can be perceived as a leading cause of bullying in some situations (i.e., homicide). In addition, today, Nurses' workplace bullying is one of the major health and safety issues in most countries. It causes critical health issues for workers that increase medical costs. Loss of work days and litigation costs can be considered in this context as well. Given the prevalence of workplace bullying in the world, it can be said that offices, schools, courts, and hospitals are no longer safe places as previously assumed.

For Nurses, Workplace violent events increase day by day in most countries. In this context, nurse workplace bullying takes its place in crime prevention as an important emerging issue in the world. However, research and analyzing the questionnaires it can be said that on workplace bullying is still young. In addition, current studies in the literature rarely separate types of workplace bullying when they report their findings. This in turn may hinder the development of crime prevention policy because one can hardly know whether prevention should be directed toward customers, outsiders, or co-workers.
