Facebook has been the best way of social networking for billions of people worldwide as it has millions of users. Recently it has been observed that Facebook has been the source of organizational learning for many leading companies. Now people can gain handful information through different media but Facebook is one of the most effective ways to acquire and share knowledge among employees and management of the company. With respect to those companies who post advertisements by creating their private page, other companies may use this information for the development of different strategies and marketing tactics (Fowler, 2012). They are part of the and named as Web 2.0, as a type of application among the thousands populate the network is using the reach of the Internet to expand the circle contact and sharing interests, of whatever nature, with a large numbers of people without any physical limitation. Organizational learning is the process by which entities, large or small, public or private, transform information into knowledge, it disseminated and exploited in order to increase their innovative capacity and competitive. Today is a powerful tool to increase the intellectual capital an organization, increasing their ability to solve increasingly more complex and adapt to the environment. Getting to become a learning organization requires a culture organizational, which favors implementing management processes knowledge, team learning and knowledge transfer (March, 2012).
