Introduction

In this assignment we will be looking towards the different principles of leadership that God has designed and was divided among different leaders. All the songs mentioned in this has certain leaderships styles according to the times and all of them had different ways that made them led their kingdoms in their eras. These leadership principles have been discussed in the bible in various places.

Song of Solomon

The King Solomon was meant to be the 3rd monarch during Ancient Israel. The Old Testament section in the Christian bible shows all the history about the King Solomon's control in the Christian bible. He was also famous for being the wisest man of his times who was able to attract many dignitaries that visited him. Along with his wisdom He was also very popular for building grand projects that includes Temple in Israel along with a number of complex palaces. His many wives who resulted in creating trouble for his reign that affected the future of Israel. This showed the lessons that were learned. He was capable of teaching many leadership lessons through his life and first lesson showed that only those leaders are effective who choose wisdom over fortune and fame. And because of his wisdom he was made the King of Israel and to prove that He saw the LORD Almighty in his dreams where He made a promise that He would provide the young King whatever He wished for but He only requested for wisdom so that he could efficiently lead the people of Israel to the right path. The young king was blessed by God because he asked for wisdom and not for fame and fortune but God was so happy with his response that he provided him with all three.

He also stated that the effective leaders are capable of knowing the way to fame and fortune because it only is gained with the help of skills and knowledge and if they have the wisdom to use it in their business. The second principle he showed was that only the effective leaders have the capability to hire wise counselors so that they are capable of advising them effectively in organizations or business. He also wrote that “With many advisors there is success” that means the wise or good leaders are not afraid to recruit people who have knowledge more than the leader. They could even be better listeners or be very humble in advising their subordinates. And that they are able to promote integrity in their organization that lead, and they need to establish the throne by being righteousness and the Kings are only valued if they speak the truth creating a deeper bond. King Solomon also taught that once the organization has been built, they can't let it run on their own; they need to be alert at all the times for the organization to be effective.
