Situation of the Case

The West Coast University Student Health Services imparted different health care services to a population of about 37700 students within the campus. The undergraduate students were offered a medical plan within the curriculum that was an optional subject. Most of the students, however, showed willingness to opt for the medical plan based on the benefits that they may gain out of it.
