Summary

Personal objectives, I had when I first joined this semester were: to achieve a high level of confidence in order to speak in front of everyone. As I have stage fear, I want to overcome this fear. For further development of my character, I wanted to learn how to manage my work properly. I had the objective of gaining maximum knowledge about leadership, its benefits, how to manage a team and how to meet up the critical decision-making criteria. (www.audiencedialogue.net)

As, Personal development is referred to all activities anticipated in order to develop self-awareness, enhance talents and potential, to work towards a better quality of life, and the realization of aspirations and dreams. I had the objective to go experience and learn all of these qualities.

During this semester, I gained a lot of knowledge from how to manage myself and my word to how to deal and manage other people. I found that it was not easy to build links between different courses of in-class periods. Only by truly making the device that links are imposed by them. I think it's the same thing when looking at a mosaic of too close: it is not clear what the drawing represents a whole because we focus on too small portions. In hindsight, it achieves all the elements have consistency when viewed globally. Indeed, the first course allowed us to internalize the concepts and understand different dimensions of distance education. I found quite relevant start with that. With this new representation of distance education, it was much easier then to think about how to convey content and the use of communication tools at our disposal. Learning

I found important as a designer to have the opportunity to test some tools. In Indeed, one is much better and how they can be used in the distance education. For example, I had never used the chat room, so I imagined poorly on the type of communication that best suits this tool. Moreover, it seems easier to consider the use of a tool when you are informed about the type of use for which is most appropriate. I think I learned a lot about the structure and content of a platform for training, one hand, while operating in those courses when we had the analyze, on the other hand, working in our own platform for the course. Collaboration

I was fully satisfied with my courses and working with my group members for the rest of the course and development of the project. I think they gave me a lot to learn.
